Today I’m going to be doing a review of the new “Easy Video Suite” product that video marketing guru Josh Bartlett has created. As of right now the product isn’t live, but I’ve gotten an inside look at the product and I can do a bit of a review of it now and then will come back to this post and give my full take on it when it is live. *Update: I just bought Easy Video Suite and already love it. Check out my first test of the software below, and my unboxing at the bottom of this post.*

Above is the first video I created with Easy Video Player just as a test. You can also create full pages instantly with your video – click here to see my first page I created that took about 40 seconds total.
I have experience with Bartlett’s work as I am currently an owner of his “Easy Video Player” (EVP). Easy Video Player was an amazing software that allowed you to upload hosted videos to and edit them in a number of ways and then post them live and track views, sales, income, etc. I used the EVP software for my squeeze page videos and sales videos, because those are videos that you don’t really want to embed from YouTube or Vimeo (because they show other videos with links at the end that could take your visitor to YouTube and not focus on your video).
Anyways EVP allowed you to do a ton of neat stuff like load your video in a light box, include a button over top of your video (great for the end of videos), display HTML like an opt-in box, insert your own watermark, password protect your videos, enable sharing buttons on your video, and more. These features are all going to be available in the new Easy Video Suite, but there is going be a ton more to it, and it is all upgraded, cleaner and more efficient.
The first thing about Easy Video Suite is that it has a desktop app. Whether you are on a Mac or Windows you will open up this program and you have three options – you can use it to record yourself via a webcam, you can do a screencast video of your computer screen with the software, or you can upload a video from your computer if you’re shooting with a camcorder or phone or whatever. From there the video is available on the program and you can either upload it right away to the web, which converts it into web ready video + mobile ready video, or you can edit the video and cut out any parts you don’t want in there.
The second part to Easy Video Suite is the web based platform, in which you will login to when you are a member. This is similar to Easy Video Player where you are able to edit and do all sorts of awesome upgrades to your videos as well as see your video statistics, but Easy Video Suite is much, much better.
I reviewed Easy Video Suite’s dashboard a little bit and noticed that a lot of the analytics they have for your videos are similar to EVP, but everything is laid out much nicer and overall it looks like a better platform. You are able to see the effectiveness of your video marketing, the average time people stop watching the video, the percentage of people you complete your video, total sales (if it is on a sales page), income made from the video, and more.
The editing is where Easy Video Suite goes over the top and this is what makes it a must have software for any webmaster or online marketer. The first thing you can do is change the look of the actual video player bar. This is nice because you can pick a style and color that fits your website or sales page. Maybe my favorite feature of Easy Video Suite is that you can give videos a “player entrance”. This is basically an animation that your video will do when someone visits your website that really makes it stand out, and draws a lot of attention to the video. You can do subtle animations that really look good and it is something I am excited about.
The next thing you can do is have the video stand out with one of their frames. For example you can make your video look like it is on a computer screen, or have a banner underneath it to stand out (see the picture to the right to see what I mean). Next you can upload a number of different shadows under the video which really makes it stand out and look professional. And finally (yes there is a ton of features with this easy video software) you can create a nice looking bar under your video where you can drag and drop different buttons, such as Facebook share or Twitter or download buttons.
While I’m on the topic I should note that everything is really simple to use, and there are a lot of drag and drop options which makes the functionality of this product superb.
Once you are ready to upload the video you can either get an embed code and paste it on your website, or get this – you can actually create a web page right in Easy Video Suite with your video and much more. You will be able to create professional looking sales pages in just a few minutes using the video options you chose with their drag and drop editor. You can add Facebook comments, text, buttons, etc. This is amazing and makes it truly an all in one video editing and marketing software.
Overall for review purposes I am giving Easy Video Suite a 9.5/10 right now. When it is released fully to the public I will update this review and I have a feeling it will get bumped up to a 10/10 (if it does everything it looks like it will do with no problems). The product is worth up to $1,000 in my eyes, but I know it isn’t even going to be $500 when Josh launches it. Anyways check out the video below that shows you more about Easy Video Suite and then click here to visit the website.

Hey Kevin…
I stumbled across your site while researching whiteboard videos. Great blog!
The header graphics on your sites are awesome. I couldn’t find a contact email for you so I figured I’d ask in a comment… Mind sharing who does your graphic work? The header on your sports betting site in particular is really good!
Thanks in advance.
